3PL Tender Success
We had an existing contract expire. With ChangeLogic’s help we have taken 13% off our current cost base – a great result. ChangeLogic were refreshing and instrumental in delivering tangible results to the business. Richard is a no-nonsense operator with the customer need’s firmly in focus. If you’re considering ChangeLogic – do it.

Lean Supply Chain Analysis & Design
We were unclear about relationships between service levels, inventory investment and distribution footprint. We needed this knowledge and its potential impact on our manufacturing operation, before a plant investment of circa $20m.
ChangeLogic service is high quality, very tailored and customer centric. I have no hesitation in recommending ChangeLogic highly.
Les Patterson, GWA Group
Logistics Audit and Savings
ChangeLogic’s audit helped us boost the value we gain from our 3PL and streamline our transport network. We’ve saved $2.5 m – about 10% of our logistics spend … ChangeLogic aren’t like most consultants – they’re inclusive rather than prescriptive. You’re part of the think tank … We’ve found them reliable, always available and highly ethical … Their reports are well laid out and they walk you through how they arrived at their recommendations.
Phil Comber, Samsung Electronics
Remodel Driver Remuneration Program
ChangeLogic helped us remodel our driver remuneration program from a standard hourly rate to an efficiency-based system of incentives. The result: our average spend has dropped by 15-20% and our drivers are paid more.
They’re highly experienced, they focus on the practical and they stay relevant to you at all times.

Outsourcing Advice and Structuring
This is a business where product has to get out on time, so a dysfunctional 3PL relationship shows up on our books very fast. We don’t have time to do it ourselves – that’s where we were when we called ChangeLogic in. They reviewed our situation and our needs and got to work on new ways of doing things. They moved fast to put the work out to tender, select a new 3PL and negotiate a long-term agreement for us. As a result, we’re on a better deal.
Ron Curry, Atari
Inbound Logistics Project
We engaged ChangeLogic to assist us in planning the largest logistics project we had ever undertaken. It took in a complete review of our material handling operations, complex solution design work and detailed cost modelling. They worked quickly and effectively with Mitsubishi’s project team and made a very significant contribution to the project.
Phillip Hope, Mitsubishi Motors of Australia
New Facility Design
ChangeLogic’s involvement was very valuable in verifying we were better off staying in-house than outsourcing – even up against a school of thought that it was better to outsource without any real quantitative analysis. In designing our new facility, ChangeLogic were very practical – they understand the goals you’re trying to achieve and work in with you to achieve them.
Steve Williams, 3M Australia
Eye Opening Cost Savings
I want to thank you for all the work and information you have provided us over the years. You opened my eyes to many options to do things better and we have saved millions of dollars as a result.

Royal Australian Navy – Experienced Senior Executive, Asset Management in Heavy Industry, Process Improvement driving transformation change
Timothy was part of an Integrated Project Team, working with Navy to analyse existing maintenance strategies and develop future maintenance capability demands for two capabilities and then considered the overall impact on these new capabilities while also considering existing commitments. The major deliverables from this projects was Project Implementation Plan (PIP), that provided the pathways to allow Navy to identify and action revised operational strategies, together with personnel, training, organisation design and equipment requirements to meet future maintenance capability requirements.
The PIP ensure that the required critical capabilities are in place prior to the introduction into service of a new class of ship (or ships) and identifies the investment Navy must undertake to achieve an optimal sustainment solution. BHP Billiton – Plant Maintenance Consultant | Maintenance Process | Maintenance Management | SAP PM
Timothy is a detail oriented, energetic, honest and proactive colleague with a deep of knowledge in his field. Punctual and independent, deadline oriented, organised and an inspiring team player always ready to put all his energy and stamina to get the job done. Thanks to interpersonal skills he has and develops great relations with clients. Timothy never refuses you when you ask him for help.
Timothy did an exceptional job on BHPBilliton’s 1SAP project at their Energy Coal asset in NSW. This process improvement project (one of the largest business transformations in the world), is introducing single business processes to be used anywhere in BHPBilliton. He was fantastic to work with; well educated, energetic, smart and a loyal co-worker.
I found Timothy to be a person with great proficiency and experience in strategic planning and change management (A great skill of his is to analyse and summarise ideas when facilitating workshops). It’s a absolute pleasure working with Timothy and I can recommend him as a dedicated and an experienced co- professional. If you need a professional to do a job, make sure you have Timothy Dowsett doing that job.
