Richard Koch, Timothy Dowsett and a team of skilled consultants
ChangeLogic brings together two long-standing colleagues; Richard Koch and Timothy Dowsett, as Partners in the business.
We have also assembled a local and regional team of highly
experienced consultants to support our client engagements.
I am a founding Partner of ChangeLogic Consulting and have over 27 years of industry and supply chain consulting experience, including facility design and optimisation, outsourcing and third-party logistics, supply chain network optimisation, software evaluation and selection, and general and operations management, with particular emphasis on freight & transport optimisation.
Prior to ChangeLogic, I held various senior management roles in the third party logistics (3PL) industry and was founder and Managing Director of supply chain management consulting firm, New World Business Solutions, for 13 years, where I successfully completed over 200 consulting engagements.
I have gained a wealth of specialist industry knowledge in a wide range of logistics disciplines and have applied this knowledge successfully to provide practical consulting advice to many leading organisations.
My clients have spanned industries including automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, retail, construction, technology and communications, manufacturing, FMCG, consumer electronics, textile, clothing, footwear, industrial, information and communications technology (ICT) and media and publishing.

I am a founding partner of ChangeLogic Consulting, and a tertiary qualified Supply Chain professional with over 25 years experience in the transformation and improvement of Supply Chain & Logistics functions.
I have directed projects and undertaken delivery roles across a range of large-scale, multi-disciplinary consulting assignments.
My broader skills include experience in the practical application of the “Lean” methodology as well as expertise in change management.
I feel that I am able to work and communicate effectively across all levels of your organisation, from senior management through to shop floor employees, adjusting my style to suite the current situation. This has been a key strength in the Change Management activities I have undertaken.
